[TOSprint] Code Sprint 2014

Hi devs,

now that we are in the great position of having two proposals to host
2014's code sprint we have the difficulty to decide upon them. As a way
forward we might want to accept both proposals, one for 2014 and one for
2015. Opinions? I hope the Vienna venue sponsoring is also valid for
2015. Who's up to toss a coin?

I'd appreciate if we can have a decision and fixation of dates in the
next weeks as our venue sponsor would like to make a reservation.
