[TOSprint] 2015 Code Sprint - thank-yous, recap, and reflections

Cheers to Robert and Andrew and the Azavea crew for hosting us in their fine city. I had a wonderful time, the venue was fantastic, the internet was plentiful, and the beverages flowed as smoothly as the code. I think many of the groups made significant software achievements during the sprint.
