[TOSprint] Sprint plans for early 2016?

I think Paris would be great!  +1

I would prefer a February date, as I am involved in 2 conference in 
March already.

In your proposal/plans, please include options for affordable 
accommodation, as when I hear "Paris" I get scared of hotel costs :)
