[TOSprint] 2017 Location?

I think it's good to point out other event dates (from Jan to March), so 
organizers can pick a working week for everyone.  Here are my thoughts 
so far:

  - FOSS4G Asia January 26-29
  - OSGeo's 11th birthday Feb 4
  - FOSDEM Feb 4-5
  - OGC Technical meeting March 7-11
