[TOSprint] 2019 code sprint

[Lime, Steve D (MNIT)]

Couple of questions then:


  1) 3 or 4 days of sprinting? I tend to think 3 full days is enough...

  2) Does a formal proposal need to be made to anyone or do we just say we're doing it?
