[TOSprint] Update on OSGeo Code Sprint 2020 in Athens

Hi all,

Many have reached out asking about the code sprint status.
We are currently waiting for official confirmation from the Municipality 
of Athens about the venue. The main reason of delay is that there is a 
new mayor in Athens since Sept and this delayed the confirmation process.
The venue we are trying to book is this:

and will be provided to us for free.
Location is really close to metro and city center.

We have applied for any week of May 2020 that the place is available. I 
know this is a bit restrictive in terms of not being able to make a poll 
right now for availability.

As soon as I get confirmation and possible dates, I will send an update 
here.
