[TOSprint] 2025 community sprint planning

HI all: some updates per subject:

- OSGeo/OGC/Apache Joint Sprint 2025: we have started discussions with OGC
and ASF in this regard (the last joint sprint was held in February 2024
[1].  A possible option is Q2 2025.  More information will follow in the
coming weeks

- OSGeo Community Sprint 2025: our last sprint was held in 2023 [2].
Options for dates/locations are welcome, so please feel free to reach out!
