[TOSprint] Proposals for Joint OSGeo-ASF-OGC Code Sprint

Hi Joanna

Here are my 2 cents.

I think that Q1 sprint is too close to actually make plans.

And just a reminder for other important events to make a better
decision for those who go to FOSS4G and OGC sprint:

FOSS4G 2026 is the end of August and start of September

Q2 sprint is three full months before FOSS4G 2026
Q3 sprint one month is after FOSS4G 2026
