[Ubuntu] osm provider

Hi all,
in the past days the Debian qgis 1.1 package became available and was
provided with the OpenStreetMap provider needed for the qgis-osm
integration.

It would not be bad to have the OpenStreetMap provider included in the
ubuntugis qgis packages, if not already.
