[Ubuntu] Ossim package

Also, I would suggest to take a look at cowbuilder and pbuilder. Those tools 
allow you to build packages on all debian/ubuntu distributions. Personnally, I 
have a virtual machine (Karmic) and I use it to build my packages for debian 
sid/hardy/jaunty/karmic. They are really indispensable.
