There is no formal timeline. Just "when it is ready".
We are getting closer, the primary thing stalling AFAICT is
stabilizing the MS Windows port. I am not sure if there is
demand for another RC release before the final .0 release.
As far as I can guess, we will probably not do another RC 
unless some deep bug is found.
