[Ubuntu] SAGA GIS packages

Hi Johan,

I haven't been able to take a look at SAGA cause I'm still running Jaunty. 
However, I've added you as a UbuntuGIS member to maintain this software. You 
should now be able to upload and copy packages in the PPA.
