[Ubuntu] Postgis Version update to 1.3.6

Hello,

would it be possible to update postgis for Hardy Heron to 1.3.6? 1.3.3, 
the current version, misses the ST_asGeoJSON function, wich was 
introduced in 1.3.4. This is nice to have in order to build geojson 
services for the web. Or is Hardy Heron already outdated?
