[Ubuntu] UbuntuGIS Upgrade

Since Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid) was released on April 27th, I've upgraded the 
UbuntuGIS repositories.

Distributions Support
------------------------

 * UbuntuGIS now supports Lucid.
 * Jaunty support has been dropped: all packages remain in the stable/unstable 
repositories.
 * Intrepid packages have been completely deleted from the unstable 
repository. They only remain in the stable repository.

Stable Repository
--------------------

 * Upgraded with the last unstable repository state.
 * Now includes packages for Karmic.
 * Packages versions:
    gdal: 1.6.3    
    gdal-ecw: 1.6.1
    gdal-mrsid: 1.6.1
    geos: 3.1.1
    grass: 6.4.0~rc5
    libgdal-grass: 1.6.2
    libgeotiff-dfsg: 1.2.5

As usual, this repository will stay at the same state for another ~6 months.

Unstable Repository
----------------------

 * Upgraded with the latest software releases.
 * Now includes packages for Lucid.
 * New package: postgis 1.5.1 for hardy, karmic and lucid.
 * New package: spatialite 2.4.0~rc2 for karmic and lucid.
 * Packages versions:

    grass: 6.4.0~rc6
