[Ubuntu] postgis.sql Ubuntugis

hello

i used to make spatial db with

psql -d madatabase -f
/usr/share/postgresql/8.4/contrib/postgis-1.5/lwpostgis.sql

so i replace now by

psql -d madatabase -f
/usr/share/postgresql/8.4/contrib/postgis-1.5/postgis.sql but is not working
yet and my teminal buffer to short for seeing something

does someone the same trouble ?

how to have the error line to try somethings for resolve
>toto.txt only found create function create type then rollback ?

ubuntugis 10.4 up to date ?
