[Ubuntu] packaging grass 6.4.1 RC1

Hi,

As I said offlist to someone... I'm busy with MapServer and its new release 
for the moment. It would be nice to get someone able to build grass 6.4.1rc1  
and upload it in ubuntugis-testing. Otherwise, I'll try to do it in the next 
weeks.
