[Ubuntu] Natty proj4 (proj-4.8.0) configure error in config.log

Katie,

As far as I can tell your configure succeeded (exit 0 at end of config.log).

The errors on nonexistant.h seem standard.  Some sort of probe to see
how things fail when they fail I suppose.
