[Ubuntu] bug in YOUR version of listgeo

Folks,

I'll note that this bug is fixed in libgeotiff 1.4.0 though I notice
that I got stuck at
the RC level again.  I'll try to push 1.4.0 final today.

Note that libgeotiff 1.4.0 is binary incompatible with 1.3.x due to
changes in the
layout of some public structures.
