[Ubuntu] latest spatialite-gui (1.5) in ubuntugis-unstable

Hi all,

I was wondering if there is anything stopping ubuntugis-unstable to
provide spatialite_gui 1.5 ? Currently there is only 1.2 which is
available, and that's the same version that ships with ubuntu.

The only requirement that is missing is libgaiagraphics [
https://www.gaia-gis.it/fossil/libgaiagraphics ]

Both were straightforward to install on precise, using dependencies
from ubuntugis-unstable
