not that I can see, but haven't dug for it.
may be easy to package.

as a first pass, we should try and get any package in debian/sid
but not up to date in ubu/precise into the ubuntugis ppa.
i.e. minimize the compiling by hand as much as possible.

and maybe create a .deb for anything which isn't packaged yet,
often it is quite simple.
