[Ubuntu] php5-mapscript crash

Hello,

There is a bug in php5-mapscript in the stable branch - that stops a lot of
php5-mapscript applications from working.

https://github.com/mapserver/mapserver/issues/3942 (this bug was introduced
after 6.0.1)

At the moment in both stable and unstable branches all php5-mapscript based
applications that output their data directly to stout instead of an image
file will crash.

The version from testing (rc1) is working fine.
