[Ubuntu] Removing packages for EOL releases from PPA

The three UbuntuGIS PPAs still contain packages for lucid and other
releases which have all reached their end-of-life. [0]

To free up space for the upcoming LTS after wily I think it's a good
time to remove the packages for EOL releases from the UbuntuGIS PPA.

The list of supported distributions [1] still includes lucid & quantal
and lacks trusty and others, this needs an update to reflect the
currently supported distributions.

Any thoughts or objections?
