Thanks for your work on this!

There are still quite a few packages that could do with an update to the
latest upstream release (several of which are LTS or otherwise stable)
like fiona, rasterio, gmt/gmt-dcw/gmt-gsshg,
jmapviewer/josm/openstreetmap-map-icons, mapproxy, osm2pgrouting,
osm2pgsql, otb, pycsw, pywps & saga.

Please note that ubuntugis-unstable already has MapCache 1.4.1 [0],
which neither ubuntugis-experimental nor osgeolive/nightly have.
