[Ubuntu] creating GRASS packages for UbuntuGIS

Hello Martin,

Great news.

You page contains the necessary steps if all you have to do is just a
plain backport. In reality you will often have to add patches to
support older versions of ubuntu.

Perhaps you should tell where exactly you are stuck?
