[Ubuntu] New packages in Testing (Xenial)

It's nice to have - it just makes the users a bit excited when a new
version comes out. I was teaching a QGIS class at FOSS4GNA on Monday of
last week and it was a great show and tell for the users - BUT - some
people started updating in the middle of class. Ha.
