[Ubuntu] Moving packages from Unstable to Stable (Trusty)

Transition trackers are at:

 http://linuxminded.nl/tmp/pkg-grass-transitions/ubuntugis-stable/xenial/

The xenial ones are looking good so far, and trusty doesn't have those
packages yet.
