[Ubuntu] GDAL-bin core dump on 16.04

Hi all,

Just upgraded my machine to 16.04, and I'm getting a core dump on all
gdal/ogr based commands.
gdal 2.1.0+dfsg-1~xenial0

Anyone hit this or have any ideas?
