[Ubuntu] GDAL 2.2.2 transition

Hi all,

I have just completed the transition of GDAL 2.2.2 for Xenial and have 
pushed the new packages to experimental ppa.
I am also preparing the transition for Trusty (hopefully available 
tomorrow).

Please test and report your findings.
