[Ubuntu] Pristine-tar couldn't checkout "qgis_3.4.6+dfsg.orig.tar.bz2"

Hi,

my attempt to build qgis 3.4.6 for ubuntugis is failing at

$ gbp buildpackage --git-pbuilder-options=--source-only-changes -sa

Any idea what could be wrong. I pulled pristine-tar branch twice. No
problems detected.
