[Ubuntu] PostGIS3 conflicts with GDAL

Yes, I actually had the pgdg ppa as well. I did not know that this 
causes trouble.

So, what is the latest Postgres+PostGIS version that I can use with 
UbuntuGIS?
Or, how can I find out by my self?
