[Ubuntu] Error when installing QGIS

Hi all,

I installed QGIS with a self-compiled GDAL but encountered an error:
```
Setting up qgis-providers (3.4.11+dfsg-2~bionic1) ...
/usr/lib/qgis/crssync: error while loading shared libraries:
libogdi.so.3.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
```
What can I do to fix this? Thanks a lot!
