[Ubuntu] Using UbuntuGIS PPAs with non-LTS distros

The drop-down menu for https://launchpad.net/~ubuntugis/+archive/ubuntu/ubuntugis-unstable lists LTS distros. Is it possible to access this PPA using other releases such as 20.10 Groovy Gorilla?
