[Ubuntu] Fwd: Conflict with CDO

Hi,

First post here so sorry if this has already been discussed.

Prior to anything, I'd like to thank for the great work in providing GIS
packages for Ubuntu.
I'm using the UbuntuGIS PPA and lately I had to install CDO (climate data
operators), provided as an Ubuntu package.

I found out that some libs provided by UbuntuGIS are in conflict with CDO.
How can this be fixed? Could UbuntuGIS provide CDO as a package?
