[Ubuntu] Pending removal of Xenial packages from Unstable ppa

Hi all,

Unstable ppa is out of disk space. I noticed that all the xenial 
packages have been copied to stable ppa long time ago, so we just have 
duplicates now.

My plan is to remove those duplicates from the Unstable ppa.
