[Ubuntu] mapserver-bin and bootstrap templates

Hi all,

Hopefully this is the right place to ask this question. 

The mapserver-bin package [1] includes the html-plain templates for the new OGC Features API [2]:

/usr/share/mapserver/ogcapi/templates/html-plain/collection-item.html
/usr/share/mapserver/ogcapi/templates/html-plain/collection-items.html
...

Would it also be possible to include the bootstrap templates found at [3]?
This would allow a fully-working demo of the Features API with a Leaflet map to be used (for example, on OSGeoLive). 

If the files aren't included as they reference external JS files (e.g. https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/leaflet/1.7.1/leaflet.js) I can look at another way of setting them up.
