Hi,

I was wondering if I could help get GDAL 3.12 on the unstable PPA? I know
how to build GDAL but would need some guidance on how to update the
releases for Ubuntu.

GDAL 3.12 is already in my testing ppa, but I need time to prepare the 
rest of the packages.
