FREE Events in GIS for November 2010

As a leading institute in the delivery of short CPD courses in GIS,
Newcastle University have arrange 2 free events to demonstrate the
benefits of using GIS in your organisation.

The first free sessions will take place on Tuesday 9th November 2011
between 8am and 9.30am and again at 5pm till 6.30pm, and will focus on
using Geographical Information Systems, Spatial data and mapping within
organisations. The session is aimed at management professionals looking
to make efficiency savings and increase ROI and refreshments will be

The free workshop will take place on Thursday 25th November 2011 between
11am and 3pm, and will look at free and open source tool for GIS and how
they can be used both easily and productively within a corporate
environment. The workshop is aimed and those who want to find out about
more efficient solutions to their organisation's GIS needs and lunch
