[OSGeo-UK] Astun Technology OSMM Loader In Practice

Hi Tim,

It looks like ogr2ogr can't be found, is ogr2ogr available on your path? Can
you also check to make sure the C:\Astun\temp\osmmloader_20110826_144945\su00se
looks like a GML document by opening it in a text edit.
