[OSGeo-UK] Resources for the less technical

Hi Denis,

I think the UK chapter could do something here. What we'd need is some idea
of the kind of things that Parishes etc need, so that we can try and create
(or gather) some content that is relevant. Would you be prepared to jot
down some ideas on the wiki pages at
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/United_Kingdom about what parishes would need
(software, data, particular tasks)?

The issue with schools is a bit more difficult as we need to know what is
in the curriculum, for the different key stages and so on. If anyone knows
some friendly teachers who would be prepared to help or even just point us
in the right direction, that would be a start!
