[OSGeo-UK] Training courses

Hi,

I've just added the upcoming Forth Valley Quantum GIS courses to
http://www.osgeo.org/uk/training_providers.

Good to see a fair number of courses scheduled for the new year. If anyone
notices anything wrong or has any courses to add then let me know.
