[OSGeo-UK] Letters of Support for our Bid to host FOSS4G in 2013

Dear All,

Many, many thanks to everyone that's provided a letter of support for our
bid- we now have over 20 from a range of sectors, which is fantastic. If
you'd still like to send a letter, there is time, please contact me and
I'll send you a template letter.

As a cheeky reminder to people that have agreed to do one and not sent it
through to us yet-our deadline is the middle of this week so we can collate
the letters with our bid document.
