[OSGeo-UK] Quick survey regarding sponsoring OSGeo:UK

Dear All,

I've created a quick survey to try and canvas opinions on whether OSGeo:UK
should seek sponsorship. It's very quick and should only take a couple of
minutes to complete.

The survey is open until the end of April, and is available to anyone-
don't feel like you can't express an opinion because you're "not a member"
or anything like that!
