Hi Jo, All,

May i also suggest that you  contact GISRUK to explore potential for hosting joint events for the future. The advantage is that GISRUK is an established annual UK GIS event and moves around the country (hosted by universities) , so maybe adding one day before or after the conference will help everyone in joining synergies and also avoids additional time/travel costs for going to separate events.
