[OSGeo-UK] FOSS4G UK 2018?

I will put my hand up and say that I'm happy to be part of a group working
on this.

I do have family commitments (a new family member that is!) that will take
priority later in the year but I would like to help this get off the ground.

It's sounds like we already have a venue and some sponsorship sorted so
that's a great starting place.
