[OSGeo-UK] Important: Change of time of AGM

Hi All,

The OSGeo:UK AGM will now start at 1PM on Thursday rather than 12.30PM as
previously advertised. This is to fit with the lunch break for one (or
more?) conferences happening on that day.

As I said before, all are welcome, in fact the more the merrier!
