[OSGeo-UK] UK Digest, Vol 140, Issue 1

I've spoken with the potential organisers of UK foss4g and a combination of
the fact there is a main event in September and their workload has meant we
don't believe it will be happening this year.

Might be worth someone setting up a side event for UK users if they think
it's worthwhile.
