Hello OSGeo Community!

We would like to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) during 
FOSS4G on Friday, December 6 2024 at 20:30h UTC 
(https://2024.foss4g.org/en/schedule/).

We are happy to meet you all at our global FOSS4G conference.

For 2024, we are continuing with the presentation concept. This time the 
presentation will be done during FOSS4G, so we will not record a video 
ahead of the event.

All local chapters, projects, committees and initiatives are invited to 
prepare a couple of presentation slides [1] and present their status 
during the AGM.

The AGM is our opportunity to report what is happening in our community, 
so please send your feedback! It is important for all of us to know what 
is happening everywhere. OSGeo is huge and this is the best way to get a 
summary of all the amazing work we are doing!

Check the wiki page [2] for an overview of the AGM 2024 and don’t 
hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Please, don’t forget to also add your information to the AGM slides, but 
make sure you use only one (or two) slides per team. If you want to edit 
it and still don't have privileges to do so, please let us know and tell 
us which team you represent so we can provide write access.

Spread the information about the AGM 2024 and save the date!

We hope to see as many of you at the AGM in December.
