[OSGeo-UK] Read-only mirror for uk list

We would like to get a better feel for the OSGeo forum hosted at
discourse.osgeo.org

A first step would be to create a read-only mirror of the uk list.

This Option [1] is outlined in this forum post.

I have cc'd uk-owner in this post to the uk list.

Would you be able to request a read-only mirror for us to get a better feel
of how this would work for us?
