+1 for bison.
I like the pie concept and cheekyness, but I'm not sure the "mom and apple
pie" reference is obvious enough (especially to non-Americans [which may be
OK]) to be much more than an inside joke. And I would agree that the logo
doesn't look like a pie to me.
