Hi All from Berkeley -

   Today was the monthly TSC meeting for #torchgeo project.  The 
#torchgeo core committee is excited for FOSS4G-NA and wishes to add a 
proposal for a technical presentation in the 30 minute format.  (I think 
I can make a poster, too)

   Tips or templates for a convincing entry are welcome. I believe that 
as a specialized research topic, #torchgeo will have a strong draw among 
a certain power-user crowd, authors, researchers, students etc.
